Download the Mac app, unzip it and move RawHeal Direct to Applications. Use the 49 trial exports to test supported DNG files on each Mac before buying.

Purchase the one-time US$29.99 license through the secure checkout, plus applicable taxes. Your serial number is shown as soon as payment completes — save it.

Open Activate RawHeal…, paste your serial number and click Activate License. The first activation needs an internet connection; after that RawHeal works offline.

Use the same serial number on your second Mac. To move to another Mac later, choose Deactivate This Mac in Settings → License first. No RawHeal account or recurring online check is required.
What you are buying.
Is this an App Store activation code?
No. Website licenses apply only to RawHeal Direct. App Store purchases and website licenses are separate.
Does a license recover lost sensor detail?
No. Repair estimates defective RAW samples from neighboring unaffected samples. Review the results; not every camera, DNG layout or defect is supported.
How does the two-Mac limit work?
Each serial number can be active on two Macs at the same time. Activating a third Mac is refused until you deactivate one of the others in Settings → License.
Can I move RawHeal to a new Mac?
Yes. On the old Mac, open Settings → License and choose Deactivate This Mac, then activate the new Mac with the same serial number. A serial can be moved a few times; contact support if you reach the limit or the old Mac no longer works.
Can I activate offline?
The first activation needs an internet connection. After that, RawHeal verifies your license locally and works offline. No internet at all? Email support your receipt and this Mac’s device code for a manual activation code.
Where can I see my activated license?
Open Settings → License. The home purchase/trial card disappears after activation. Startup, viewing details and submitting an already active license do not replay the success celebration.
When do I get my serial number?
Immediately: after checkout you are redirected to a page that shows your serial number. Stripe also emails your receipt. If you lose the serial, email rawhealsupport@gmail.com with your receipt.
